Filipino artistry and creativity stepped into the limelight as Likhaan Fair rolled at LaunchGarage, Circulo Verde, Quezon City on Saturday, 22 June 2024.
Various Filipino handicrafts, artworks, and other skillfully-made products such as keychains, jewelry, bags and purses, apparel, footwear, books, rugs, candles, and a lot more shone vibrantly, and showcased Filipino design, creativity, and passion.
Crafted with unwavering dedication and remarkable skills, these items resembled deeply rooted patriotism, and love for Filipino culture and identity.

Likhaan cofounder and chief executive officer Isis Umali underscored that Filipino art and handicraft promise bright future for Filipinos.
"There is money in art. This [Likhaan Fair] is a solid proof of concept that there is money in art," emphasized Umali.
"We [Likhaan] want to change the narrative that there is no money in art because there is—there is abundance in art. There’s really just lack of platform where they [Filipino creators] can tell their stories and showcase their art to the world. We want to be this platform for them," she added.
Aileen Adalid, Likhaan's chief marketing officer, is the other cofounder of the organization.

The fair, which ran from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., also held talks that reported the state of Filipino creations, and the opportunities and challenges surrounding the industry.
Apart from these activities, the event was filled with treats such as raffle and giveaways.
50 proudly-Filipino creators took part in the fair, whose products and materials hailed from different parts of the country such as Manila, Marikina, and Abra.
Likhaan Fair, the first-ever pop-up event of Likhaan, brought together art lovers and community members to celebrate rich Filipino culture and craftmanship. The event aimed to provide Filipino creators a venue to introduce, promote, and sell their products. The fair also allowed the community to encounter the magnificence of Filipino artistry and creativity.
Its proponent, Likhaan, is an organization committed to empowering Filipino creators via providing them a platform to showcase and sell their products not only within the Philippine borders, but also in the global market.
